Can I pause my membership?

Yes! You can pause your membership up to a total of 3 months within any 12-month cycle.
When your account is paused, you will not have access to the site, the monthly bundles, or the Member Homepage once you've come to the end of your current billing cycle.
You will only regain access to the site when your account is reactivated.
Unfortunately, pausing an account can't be done from within your membership account dashboard directly, instead, message us using the link at the bottom of this page and we can help you with this.
